Returns & Exchanges

At FOENA, every piece is carefully designed and inspected to meet our highest standards.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or do not have their original hygiene liner and tags intact.

We do accept exchanges for size or style within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in perfect condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors
  • With all original tags and hygiene protection

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. If an error was made on our end (incorrect item or size), FOENA will cover all related shipping costs.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a defect or that does not match your order, please get in touch with us within 3 business days of delivery at foenaswimwear@gmail.com, including photos and a brief description.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.


Additional Notes

  • Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for exchanges
  • FOENA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
  • All returned items are inspected before approval
