At FOENA, every order is carefully prepared and handled with attention to detail. Each piece is inspected, packed, and shipped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Estimated delivery times:
- Mexico: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
During high-demand periods or special drops, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
We work with trusted national and international carriers. FOENA is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier and ensuring the best possible solution.
Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after purchase, so cancellations are not guaranteed.
If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation by emailing foenaswimwear@gmail.com with your order number. Requests will be reviewed case by case.
Once a tracking number has been issued, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
